I trained with the International College of Professional Celebrants having begun as a wedding celebrant over seven years ago. I love taking people on an emotional journey, recounting your story in an authentic and touching way. Every couple is unique and it’s these quirks which are often where the magic lies. I create bespoke and insightful wedding ceremonies to perfectly reflect you and your relationship; as well as being engaging and entertaining for your guests.

I started officiating funerals following the death of one of my closest friends from suicide some years ago. Having lost my dear friend in this way I have a deep appreciation for loss and grief and what these feelings can teach us about life and living. I have always been deeply passionate about this side of celebrant work and strive to shine light amid in even the darkest of moments.
How Julie manages to capture the person being remembered as well as she does, from possibly only a relatively short meeting with their family, is simply beyond me.
