“A beautiful tribute, told with warmth and care”

Julie was the celebrant at my mum’s funeral and we’re so grateful for the care, attention, and sensitivity she brought to the whole process. She met with me, my brother, and sister, and took time to listen as we told her the story of Mum’s life — from our early childhood memories to recent years. We also shared words from Mum’s best friend from school, which Julie wove seamlessly into the service.

What she created was more than just a eulogy — it was a moving, vivid portrait of our mum that felt completely true to who she was. Several guests told us afterwards that it was one of the most heartfelt services they’d been to, and how much they loved hearing Mum’s story told with such warmth and depth.

Julie struck the perfect tone — respectful, warm, and deeply human. She helped turn a very emotional day into something genuinely beautiful, and we can’t thank her enough.

Julie is warm, humble, respectful, and extremely professional. I recently attended a friend’s funeral where she was the celebrant, and it was evident she had spent a lot of time getting to know the family and the life of our friend. Julie spoke as if she had been a part of their lives, drawing everyone into their stories and transforming a sad occasion into a celebration of life. Throughout the ceremony, she remained professional and thoughtful.

We contacted Julie following the sudden death of our dearest mother. The upset and dismay we were going through made thinking about organising the day and compiling a fitting and honouring eulogy for mum very overwhelming for all of us.

On initial contact we just knew Julie was the perfect celebrant to guide us through the process. We all felt supported, calm and heard from the moment we had contact.

Julie visited us at home as a family and spent a great deal of time and care listening to all of our stories and memories of mum. From the moment we contacted Julie, we knew she was the one for us. Such a warm and caring soul, nothing was too much of a problem. She was happy to be flexible and meet us where we felt comfortable.

Julie also went above and beyond and helped refine a poem my sister had written, her advice and guidance on this was invaluable. She was also happy to be on standby if we couldn’t get through the poem ourselves which was comforting to know.
On the day, we had nothing to worry about. Julie had everything prepared from ensuring we ran to time, had the correct music and most importantly told mums story in the most beautiful and engaging way. Julie’s voice, tone and nature was so soothing.
After the service, we had so many comments from family and friends about how personal the service was and how moving the eulogy was. Everyone thought Julie was absolutely fantastic and wanted to know how we found her. I can’t recommend Julie enough, she takes the weight off your shoulders when you are going through the hardest of times. Thank you again Julie, so much xxx

Julie was recommended to me by a friend and it was the best recommendation ever. I was at a complete loss trying to make funeral plans and so worried that Tom, my partner’s eulogy wouldn’t do him justice.
