“A beautiful tribute, told with warmth and care”

Julie was the celebrant at my mum’s funeral and we’re so grateful for the care, attention, and sensitivity she brought to the whole process. She met with me, my brother, and sister, and took time to listen as we told her the story of Mum’s life — from our early childhood memories to recent years. We also shared words from Mum’s best friend from school, which Julie wove seamlessly into the service.

What she created was more than just a eulogy — it was a moving, vivid portrait of our mum that felt completely true to who she was. Several guests told us afterwards that it was one of the most heartfelt services they’d been to, and how much they loved hearing Mum’s story told with such warmth and depth.

Julie struck the perfect tone — respectful, warm, and deeply human. She helped turn a very emotional day into something genuinely beautiful, and we can’t thank her enough.
